The cover painting (Udslidt by H A Brendekilde, if anyone is interested) and the music is in perfect alignment. So much sorrow, so much despair... Right from the start I can feel my soul wither away with each riff. Still, towards the end of the record I can catch little glimpses of hope in the melodies. Really liked the raw style with very well-crafted melodies, the raspy vocals and every bit of the gloomy atmosphere, reminiscent of Rimruna, Krael and Dauþuz, to cite a few raw BM German bands I also like a lot. This one is a 4-track EP remaining under half-an-hour of punchy rawness sachavonkarl74
